i have thought when i sold all my construction portfolio, detailed below:
bought early breakout the downtrend trendline (nov-des), sold all and gain 1.8%. did a re-buy after new year, sold last week with 2.2% gain.
meanwhile ADHI run 45%, WIKA, WSKT, and PTPP run ranging at 22 – 28 % after breakout the downtrend trendline.
so it’s 1.8 + 2.2 = 4% while the average construction price growth average is 30.75%. let’s say i 15% late, it’s still 11% margin. wtf.
